    Abby Heslop, Head Brewer at Boxer Brewing Co., brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and passion to every beer she crafts. A dual-qualified winemaker and brewer, Abby’s journey began while studying Oenology at the University of Adelaide. A semester at UC Davis ignited her love for brewing, and she dove into the craft beer world, embracing its blend of science, creativity, and community.

    Her career spans key roles, from trainee to Lead Brewer at Brisbane’s Sea Legs Brewing, where she developed award-winning recipes, to international experience at Wimbledon Brewery in the UK. Along the way, Abby earned a Master Brewers Certificate from UC Davis, cementing her expertise.

    Now back in Queensland, Abby is thrilled to lead Boxer Brewing Co., channeling her talent and drive into producing innovative, high-quality beers that reflect the spirit of Tamborine Mountain.
